Prof. Dr. Anja Göritz, Faculty of Business Psychology, Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg

The Department of Business Psychology at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg is deducting various cooperation projects in the field of leadership and coaching with the Freiburg Institute. Anja Göritz contributes with her know-how in research methodology and in the scientific development of theory. Besides “leadership and coaching” the Department of Business Psychology also researches topics such as “internet and new media in a business context” as well as “unfair conduct in work life”. Sandra Matz, University of Cambridge

Before starting a PhD in Psychology at the Univeristy of Cambridge in October 2013, Sandra Matz was part of the Freiburg Institut as a research and project assistant. Having a strong background in quantitative methods, Sandra supports the Freiburg institut in the statistical analysis and publication of results.

Björn Müller, University of St. Gallen

Björn Müller is researching the topics “creativity in organizations” at the Institute for Organizational Psychology of the University in St. Gallen (HSG). He has gained special competence in qualitative research methods in the organizational and management context. For a better understanding of leadership in actual practice, he has advanced ethnographical observation methods on the basis of video recordings. Björn Müller cooperates with the Freiburg Institute in research projects with the focus on understanding leadership as interactive process. This research contributes towards a differentiated understanding and further development of the Success Factor Model.

Coaching Trainings

Günther&Schweigler
Andreas B. Günther und Claudia Schweigler offer systemic, solution-oriented trainings at their institute Günther & Schweigler GbR. With the Freiburg training concept for certified coaches ‘solution-oriented counselling’ (Leistungsorientiert beraten), they impart the approach, tools and highlights of their 50 year’s consulting, coaching and training experience.

Domonell Consult

Frank Domonell graduated in Social Education and Business Administration and works as trainer and coach for the management and coaching programs at Freiburg Institute. Since 1997 he is working as organizational consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach in different contexts: from multinational companies to medium-sized family businesses and non-profit organizations. His focus is the goal-oriented steering of change projects. Here he supports managers, teams or entire business units with the actual implementation. The combination of long experience and a variety of advanced trainings (e.g. General Management Training at the University of St. Gallen, several systemic trainings for process consulting and coaching as well as a psychodrama training at the Moreno Institute in Goslar) enables him to understand the concerns of customers quickly and to develop suitable concepts and approaches for the specific situation together with the customer. He follows the principle “the past is experience, the presence is happening and the future offers opportunities”. Furthermore, he lectures at the Dual University of Karlsruhe. His topics are group dynamics, management and change competence.

Annette Bohland
Annette Bohland is working as senior consultant, trainer and business coach at the Freiburg Institute. After completing her studies in special needs education and psychology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, she worked as manager and authorized signatory at the GLS Bank for 16 years. She is a qualified organizational developer (MIRA Companions for development) and holds a banking management degree (ADG). She is now working as freelance coach and organizational developer, based in Freiburg. Her main focus is the support of sustainable businesses and social organizations.
She is particularly interested in development and change processes. These she regards as excellent opportunity to shape the own business and consequently to actively contribute towards the future. To her, success and values are closely linked. Only those who put people first, will succeed in business in the long-term. With this in mind, she encourages managers to take on responsibility and to assume dialogues engaged at eye level in their leadership.

Eleonora Klahm Segel setzenEleonora Klahm, Trainerin & Coach

Eleonora Klahm is working as an external trainer, coach and consultant for the Freiburg Institute. After completing her studies in International Business Management in Heidelberg and Cardiff, she worked as HR business partner in the medical equipment sector in Germany and the US for seven years. Since 2014, she works as freelance consultant, trainer and coach and provides trainings and coaching to managers for further development. She offers consulting to HR departments in building efficient HR structures and processes. Currently she is doing her MBA in HR at the University of Applied Science Ludwigshafen, graduating in 2016.

Dr. Thomas Späth, Trainer & Coach

Dr. Thomas Späth is working as external trainer and coach for the Freiburg Institute. He is a behavioral biologist, whose dissertation dealt with the dynamics in complex systems. He is a trainer for training and coaching and completed his postgraduate studies in education in the US. Furthermore, he is a NLP-Master and NLP-Trainer, lecturer at universities and author (e.g. Beltz- und GU-Verlag) as well as expedition leader. He was honored with the Teaching Award Gold at the ZfU Business School (Zurich). Dr. Späth has worked for more than 20 years for companies such as Audi, BASF, Daimler, Bosch, Roche, Porsche, K+S, Microsoft, Zeiss, SAP, Telekom, Sick, Endress+Hauser, Bavarian Provincial Government, MBE Prag, Provincial Government of Vorarlberg, Canton Zürich, BKW Bern, Novartis and DHL Deutsche Post.

Oliver Wüntsch, Trainer & Coach

Oliver Wüntsch, born 1968, is working as Senior Consultant, trainer and business coach for the Freiburg Institute. Since 2008 he supports medium-sized companies, non-profit organizations, founding and start-up teams in operational changes and in steering challenging and complex situations. In phases of organizational re-orientation he offers structure and clarification support, in crisis situations he assists in finding new perspectives.
Being an experienced business coach, he is an expert for dialogue-oriented work processes. His focus is the initiation and support of organizational changes, process-oriented facilitation of workshops, events and large groups as well as coaching of experts and managers. Furthermore he supports strategy and concept developments and is committed to topics of lean change management, start-up thinking and co-working.
His professional qualifications are based on a diploma in economics (FH) with marketing and controlling as major subjects and on his professional training as advertising specialist (Chamber of Commerce and Industry). With his in-service training as Master of Conselling (M.A.), as people-centered consultant (GwG) and qualification as Master Coach (DGfC) he continuously developed his coaching and consulting concept, adapting it to changing market conditions.
Oliver Wüntsch is Senior Coach for the German Federal Association of Coaching (DBVC) and member of the GwG management board – Society for person-centered psychotherapy and consulting. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the media and creative industry.

Eva Apponyi-Schäble, Coach

Eva Apponyi-Schäble, graduated psychologist and systemic consultant in training (DGSF), supports our coaching and leadership programs. She has 10 years of experience as psychological consultant for profit and non-profit organizations.
