Development program "Success Factors Training for Project Teams"

It is recognized that the application of the success factors leads to increased success. Successful teamwork in projects is therefore characterized by trustful cooperation, appreciative and optimistic approach, clear guidance as well as the ability to regard problems as opportunity. Projects with these qualities exceed the self-determined goals more often than projects with interactions that are not in line with the success factors. Our development program will develop your teams specifically to attain this. One project manager from the US described the program as follows: “The training was, by far, the best project management training I have ever attended. The meeting recordings, interaction with other PMs and applicability to my every day work were all phenomenal.”

Training content

With the success factors, you orientate the team culture specifically on success:

  • The teams understand specific behavior patterns and communication strategies that distinguish the best projects from good or average projects.
  • The teams learn to integrate their behavior patterns in their daily project work and can therefore manage their projects more effectively.

Training method

  • Practice-oriented input regarding the success factors for projects.
  • Consolidation of the success factors by means of best practices on video: You watch successful project teams in real project meetings and experience success-relevant strategies first-hand.
  • Application-oriented tools and personal team support for the implementation of success factors in your day-to-day project work.
  • Detailed and substantiated feedback with a team-specific success profile: You can see, which success strategies your team already uses and where their unused potentials lie.
  • Personal video feedback from an expert: You observe your team in the interaction with one another. You get detailed feedback and will plan specific improvement opportunities together with your team.
