The Stryker Corporation is known as leading innovator in medical technology. It is an important global manufacturer of orthopedic, medical technology products and services such as endoprosthesis, spinal implants or surgery facilities.

The project "International Leadership Development":
  • International leadership program for project leaders from the US, Switzerland and Germany based on our development program “Success Factors of Leadership”
  • Apart from a 2 day training, the program included video and 360° feedbacks with several feedback loops to support sustainable development as well as personal coaching sessions
  • Awarding internal prices to the best managers and those with the greatest development
The Project "Speed for Innovation: Measuring organizational success factors for innovation":
  • Developing a project questionnaire to establish the organizational success factors for innovation in cooperation with internal experts and Change, Leadership & Partners
  • Focus: Which basic organizational conditions predict successful development projects, i.e. projects that put new products on the market on-time, at a reasonable price and with high quality?
  • The development of project team feedbacks based on employee surveys in innovative development projects

The project "Development of Project Managers in the production optimization":



United World Colleges is an international educational movement and pre-university college. Scholars from all around the world are educated for an international Baccalaureate. The colleges bring together a diversity of students from various cultures, religions and socio-economic backgrounds, from more than 90 nations, who live together for two years. The UWC Robert Bosch College is the 13th member of the existing 14 members and was opened in September 2014 in Freiburg. Its main focus is environmental protection.

The project "Successful team building before starting school":
  • A 2-day team building event with all staff members including the college head, the head of boarding school, teachers, administrative staff - on the first working day of the team
  • Aim: promote a positive spirit, develop a common goal and value orientation, develop basic structures for the communication and decision finding in the college and boarding school environment
  • workshop to train the success factors of counselling for personal tutors of boarding scholars
  • scientific study regarding specific success factors and success-critical behaviors in the counselling of scholars by teachers
